Continue your St. Patrick's Day celebration and join us on Saturday March 19, at 6 pm as our guest for a beer pairing dinner! Tanglefoot has teamed up with special guest
Chef Eric Bartch to create another magnificent and unique dining experience. The menu has been meticulously designed to highlight the characteristics of the selected beers and perfectly pair them to the dishes being served!
APPETIZERS:
• Corned Beef & Cabbage Rolls – corned beef, cabbage & onion fried crispy in a wrap and served with creamy horseradish.
• Guinness Seafood Trio – Clams, Shrimp & Calamari fried golden with a Guinness Stout Batter & served with red chile cocktail sauce.
• Welsh Rabbits – Mini Sourdough Breads grilled with Sharp Cheddar, Grain Mustard & Onion.
• Hardwood Smoked Salmon – North Atlantic Salmon with hardwood smoke, served traditionally with Capers, Onions, Cream Cheese & Brown Bread.
